Hallsville ISD Training Notice Hallsville ISD recently (September 19, 2008) offered training for district administrators regarding the implementation of the 504 program. The training was offered by Gigi Norman, an attorney with the law firm of Walsh, Anderson, Brown, Schulze and Aldridge, P.C.
