The Board of Trustees of the
Hallsville Independent School District and its staff are committed to a
quality educational program. This requires that students
be provided with a stimulating environment and opportunities for
learning experiences designed to promote behavioral development that
will affect and enhance good citizenship for life. The
ultimate achievement of this goal requires cooperation, kindness, and
respect for the rights of others on the part of administrators,
teachers, students, and parents.
