Credit by Exam

In April 2007, students in grades K-5, may register to take academic tests to qualify them to skip an elementary grade level. Also in April, students in grades 6-12 may take an exam to earn credit for a secondary academic subject without prior instruction. Students in grades K-5 must have approval of their teacher and/or principal to participate in Credit by Exam. Requests for registration forms are available from campus counselors. Hallsville ISD Training Notice Hallsville ISD recently (September 19, 2008) offered training for district administrators regarding the implementation of the 504 program.
