Cafeteria Charging Policy

Primary through Intermediate students are allowed 3 lunch charges and no breakfast charges. After 3 charges, the student's household will be notified of our policy by a written notification sent home with the student and/or sent through the mail. A meal program form is sent to encourage all students to apply for the program. If we do not receive a reply to our charge notice, either payment of the charges, a completed application to the meal program, or a request for other arrangements to be made, the student will receive a peanut butter or cheese sandwich and milk, until the charges are paid. No student will ever go without a meal. Middle School through High School Students are not allowed to charge. Exceptions are made if prior arrangements are made with the food service office.
