Profession: Minister at Crockett Rd. University. Church of Christ, Palestine, Texas, for 35 years; Ministered in Hallsville, Dallas, and Buna. Program Director, Host and Moderator for the “Give Me the Bible” television program on NBC since 1989, Host of the TV program Good News for Today on GBN (Gospel Broadcasting Network), a Biblical commentary, and presented “Thought for the Day” over Direct TV and The Dish Network.
Honors and Awards: Served as High School Band President, Stage Band President, and Interim Band Director as a senior, when the band director was ill until the school could fill the position for one semester; served as Youth Director and song leader of the Hallsville Church of Christ as a sophomore at HHS. Inducted into “Who’s Who” in Christian Leadership in America; Distinguished Young Men of America.
Community Involvement: Serves as chairman of the Arts & Entertainment Commission of Palestine, Texas. Served on various boards in Anderson County and Palestine. Featured speaker on “Gospel Gleanings,” radio syndicate for 25 years. Conducted over 400 Gospel Revivals; Produces, directs, & emcees the “Palestine Dogwood Jamboree”; Speaker for Campaign America broadcast on National TV in 41 states.
Family: Audrey Plummer Manuel - wife; daughters: Danna Manuel Collins and husband, Bobby; Amanda Manuel Lane and husband, Billy; grandchildren, Luke Lane, Chloe and Clayton Collins; parents, Gladys and Douglas Manuel (deceased), Johnny Manual, brother, and sister, Jan Ridgeway, and her husband Bill.

Profession: Attorney and Senior Partner of Bunt and Wright, PLLC in Longview, TX; Certified Mediator, Court Licenses: Federal District Courts for Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas, and U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Honors: “Who’s Who” in Rising Young Americans in Society & Business, ‘92-President; Gregg County Bar Association, ‘99-Named Senior Counsel; American College of Master Advocates and Barristers ‘02; Longview Chamber ”Chairman of the Year” ‘05.
