Officer Mack Fuller

Officer Mack Fuller is located at the high school campus of the Hallsville Independent School District.  He is a 1997 Hallsville High School Graduate, and a graduate of Kilgore College with an associate of science degree.  He is presently pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management at LeTourneau University.   Officer Fuller began his law enforcement career in 1999 at the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office as a Corrections Officer/Reserve Deputy, a year and half later he was hired as a full time patrol officer with the Hallsville City Marshal’s Office, presently known as the Hallsville Police Department until 2012.  Officer Fuller currently holds his Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Master Peace Officer Certificates.  He also holds certificates as a Mental Health Peace Officer, Law Enforcement & Firearms Instructor, and Special Investigator (Family Violence/Sexual Assault Investigator).  He has received additional training in Drug Recognition/Safety, Interviewing Techniques, Child Abuse Prevention & Investigation, Cybercrime Investigations, Crisis/Hostage Negotiations, and certifications from two active shooter trainings.   In his time off Officer Fuller enjoys spending time with his family and friends, anything to do with the outdoors, and riding his motorcycle.  Officer Fuller stated, “I am proud to be a part of my Alma Maters Team, and to be able to make a difference in the lives of our tomorrow.”
