Mrs. Shalem Carr

I graduated from Northwestern State university with a degree in Musical Theatre and Dance. I enjoy teaching drama classes every day and I am very excited to be a part of Hallsville's community. It is my goal to help students find other avenues of Fine Arts and help them become life long artists. As I continue my success at Hallsville High School, I hope to mold this program into a winning and successful program!

In my spare time, I enjoy seeing every kind of theatre performance I can, and also performing at Shreveport Little Theatre.  I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Spending time with my little family is my favorite thing! I love spending many hours after school preparing our theatre department's fall and spring shows.
