I graduated in 2002 from Longview High School and continued my education at Tyler Junior College as well Stephen F. Austin State University.  I've been married since June 20, 2009 to my husband Austin. I have degrees in Sign Language Interpreting and Deaf Education. I also have a certification to teach American Sign Language and am a licensed sign language interpreter. I have been employed with Hallsville ISD since August 2010 and started the American Sign Language program here at that time. I also worked as a sign language interpreter for about 6 years with Nacogdoches ISD, Tyler ISD and Longview ISD before starting my teaching career here at Hallsville ISD.  I love to spend time at home, attending church,traveling and spending time with family.
