About Mr. Hallum

I am Mr. Hallum and I teach DM (Digital Media), Animation, A/V I (Audio Video Production I) and A/V II.  I am also the Assistant Adviser for our HHS FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) Chapter.

I have been married to my wife Rebecca, who is a CPA in Marshall, for 3 years. We are both from Marshall and currently live there. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2014 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Landscape Architecture; Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management; and Organizational Leadership. I then attended the Culinary Institute of America where I obtained an Associates in Applied Science in Baking and Pastry Arts. I started teaching in 2017 at HHS so I obtained a certification for Hospitality, Nutrition, and Food Sciences in 2018 and a certification for Technology Applications in 2019.  Before teaching, I was a Pastry cook. This is my third year at HHS. My first two years I taught culinary and this is my first year to teach technology classes.
