HJS Choirs Earn UIL Sweepstakes

Hallsville Junior High's Choir competed in the Region 21 UIL Concert and Sightreading Contest on Tuesday and Wednesday, Feb. 28 and March 1.

Both the Tenor/Bass Choir and the Treble Choir received Sweepstakes recognition with straight "1's." This is the highest possible rating the choir could achieve.

We are so proud of these students and their directors, Mrs. Rachel Lockard and Mrs. Jeannie Weaver! Congratulations!
