HALLSVILLE, Texas — Hallsville ISD will recognize six outstanding alumni during the halftime ceremonies of the Hallsville High School Homecoming football game on Friday, Sept. 12.
This year’s Distinguished Alumni honorees include Karen Keasler Adams (Class of 1966), Cheryl Darden Bell (Class of 1985), Shane Sherwood (Class of 1986), Amy Whittle (Class of 1994), John Westbrook (Class of 1997), and Roddrick Muckelroy (Class of 2005). Each has made significant contributions in their respective fields and will be honored for their achievements and continued connection to the Hallsville community.
The celebration will begin with a luncheon hosted by the Hallsville High School Culinary Arts Department at 11:30 a.m. on Friday. Honorees will then attend the school’s pep rally, visit classrooms to speak with students, and conclude their day by being recognized during the football game’s halftime program.
Hallsville ISD congratulates this year’s recipients and celebrates their many accomplishments. It’s a proud day to be a Bobcat!
