Important: District Phone and Fax System Outage & Campus Contact Information

Good morning Bobcat Family,

Hallsville ISD is currently experiencing a District-Wide Phone and Fax Outage. Our local telephone service provider has identified the cause of our current communication issue. These repairs are being performed by our local telephone company.

Please be aware that this outage affects both our phone lines and our fax lines. The system will remain down for an undetermined amount of time while complex repairs are completed.

While we work toward a full restoration, please use the following methods to stay in contact with our staff:

You may continue to contact your student's teachers and administrators directly using the TalkingPoints application.

Please note: Starting the 2026-2027 School Year, ParentSquare will be our primary communication platform.
