Ms. Kelly Onofre

I am super excited about being a part of West Elementary School in Hallsville ISD!  This is my 21st year teaching.  In the past, I have taught first grade, second grade, fourth grade, and ESL (English as a Second Language).  I also hold a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an Emphasis in Literacy.
