Welcome to my website!  I am the 5th grade math interventionist at Hallsville Intermediate.  I have had the privilege of teaching in Hallsville ISD for the past 32 years.  I love my district, my school, my principals, my fellow teachers, but especially every student who walks through my door.  I want to do everything I can to help each child succeed in math and help build his/her confidence in it.  I am a Longview High graduate and earned my teaching degree at East Texas Baptist University.  I also earned my master's degree from SFA University. As a teacher in Hallsville, I have taught  Art, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and now math intervention. I have been married to Mark Johnson for 38 years.  We have a daughter, Lindsey, who is a Hallsville graduate.  She and her husband, Jeremy, live in Longview, Texas. They are the parents of our sweet granddaughter, JoJo. We also have a son, Cooper, who graduated in 2019 from Hallsville High School.  He is in the United States Marine Corps and is stationed in Okinawa, Japan.  We all have a deep love for Hallsville.  I am here for you and your child, so please let me know if  I can help in anyway.
