Campus Traffic

  • Click here for a visual map of the traffic flow pattern at Hallsville Intermediate School.

    Car Riders:

    • 7:15 a.m. is the earliest a student may be dropped off.
    • After 7:45 a.m., students should be taken to the main entrance.
    • Pickup time is 3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. At 4:00 p.m., students are taken to the office to call home.
    • Parents/guardians must stay in their vehicle.
    • Students are not allowed to walk to the adjacent parking lots to enter or exit a vehicle.
    • Parents/guardians are not allowed to walk up to the pickup area to retrieve their student(s).
    • All students must be picked up at their designated area.
    • Please reference campus maps to see the flow of traffic and expectations for entering and exiting the campus.
    • The front office entrance is for handicapped buses only.
    • Students are not allowed to stay after school to wait for an event.

Bell Schedule

  • Hallsville Intermediate's daily bell schedule begins with the first bell ringing at 7:40 a.m., with the tardy bell ringing at 7:40 a.m. Dismissal is at 3:30 p.m. Dismissal on Early Release days will be at 12:30 p.m.

No Vaping!

  • If your student possesses or uses a vape on district property, or at a district event, by law, they MUST by placed in a disciplinary alternative education program (DAEP) according to HB 114 enacted by the Texas Legislature in 2023.
