Mrs. Jana Hickson

I have been a part of HISD since 2012, working in math intervention for the last few years. I have my elementary education degree from the University of Oklahoma.....Boomer Sooner! I have been married to my husband, Mike, for 40 years and both of our kids are Hallsville graduates.  Our daughter, Taylor, is an orthotic/prosthetic practitioner at UT Health in San Antonio.  Our son, Zac, is a data analyst, also in San Antonio.  I love reading, going to the beach and hanging out with my family. I am blessed to be a part of the East family and I look forward to an exciting year of learning!
