Bobcats Excel: Standing Out At HHS

ERP Honor Roll
Hallsville High School and Hallsville Junior High School have been recognized on the prestigious Educational Results Partnership (ERP) 2023 Honor Roll list of top performing schools in Texas! These HISD schools are among the top 12 percent of public schools in Texas to earn this distinction. The ERP Honor Roll is based on comprehensive public school student achievement data spanning from 2019-2023. Schools that receive this honor are recognized for their consistent high levels of academic achievement, marked improvement in achievement over time, and successful reduction of achievement gaps among diverse student groups.

Senior Awards
Hallsville High School seniors were awarded $4,504,592.00 in scholarships during the annual 2024 HHS Seniors Awards and Scholarships Ceremony held on Tuesday, May 7. The amount of scholarships awarded in 2023 was $4.3 million, meaning that Hallsville seniors have received almost $9 million in scholarship honors over the last two years.

Track & Field
Hallsville's Lamaiya Henderson placed second in the 400-meter dash and took third place in the 200-meter dash race at the UIL State Track Meet!
