Mrs. Nicole Williams serves as Dean of Instruction and Assessment at Hallsville Junior High. She graduated from Baylor University in 1995 and in 2009 with a Masters in Education Administration from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. During the years between 1995 and 2009, she served in many roles, such as teacher, curriculum specialist, assistant principal, and program facilitator.
