Mr. Heath Locke

I graduated from UT Tyler. This is my 21st year in education. I have 2 children who attend Hallsville ISD. My son Byron is in the 12th grade, my daughter Annie is in the 8th. I have been married for 26 years. My wife Karis is a Speech Therapist for Christus Good Shepherd. We attend Mobberly Baptist Church. I enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, and working in the yard.
