Mrs. Rebecca (Becky) Cook

I am excited to begin my 5th year at HJH and my 27th year in the field of education.   I graduated from East Texas Baptist University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  Years later I received my teaching certification from LeTourneau University, with a specialization in Math, grades 4-8.     I have had experience teaching preschool through high school, but have found my passion to be with the middle school students.

My husband and I just moved into an old rennovated Dairy Barn on our new property in Hallsville.  We have been married almost 37 years.  My husband serves as the Pastor at Oakland Heights Baptist Church in Longview, TX.   We love to serve God by serving others.  We have a daughter and son-in-law that live in Little Rock Arkansas. Our daughter is a Nurse Practitioner and her husband is an Air Force Pilot.    We have four dogs, Polo, Gracie, Gunner and Annie.    My favorite pass times are playing the piano, baking, watching movies, and walking the dogs out in the pasture.
